These terms set the baseline for using the ACS website and working with Alpha Code Studio unless a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract says something more specific.
ACS provides websites, applications, automation, AI workflows, brand systems, media assets, drone photo/video packages, consulting, maintenance, and related digital services.
The exact services, deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms are defined in a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or contract.
Fees, payment schedule, taxes, and due dates are stated in the relevant proposal or invoice. Late payment may pause work or delivery.
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software licenses, app store fees, ads, stock assets, cloud services, AI usage, or external tools are separate unless clearly included.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, access to required accounts, legal permission to use supplied materials, and approvals needed for delivery.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business claims, regulated content, customer data, and materials you ask us to publish or process.
Requests outside the agreed scope may change cost, timeline, or delivery priorities. We will clarify meaningful changes before proceeding.
Delays in content, access, feedback, approvals, payment, or third-party decisions may move delivery dates.
After full payment, you own the final custom deliverables created for you, except ACS pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, methods, reusable components, know-how, and third-party materials.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ACS may reference completed work in portfolios, case studies, proposals, and social channels without exposing confidential information.
Services may depend on providers such as hosting companies, domain registrars, Microsoft, Google, Apple, OpenAI, analytics tools, payment providers, maps, email services, and app stores.
Those platforms are governed by their own terms, pricing, review processes, availability, and privacy practices.
AI-assisted outputs should be reviewed before business-critical use. We do not guarantee that AI output will be complete, error-free, or suitable without human validation.
Drone and media work depends on weather, location, access, safety, permissions, and local rules. The client must help secure location access and approvals where required.
We work with reasonable professional care, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, leads, platform approvals, uninterrupted third-party services, or outcomes outside our control.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ACS liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
Either party may stop a project according to the written agreement. Work completed, committed third-party costs, and non-cancelable expenses remain payable.
